Shipping Information

Special Shipping rate for orders in effect now:

$8.00 for orders under $300

Shipping is by UPS Ground, insured, unless otherwise requested.

We prefer not to ship via Post Office as we have had too many problems filing claims. We will, at the customer's request ship USPS on very small orders. Larger orders may be shipped that way as well, in particular international orders. However, since the Post Office does not actually pay off on their insurance, the package is effectively uninsured. Major credit card companies may cover your shipment under their buyer protection clause.

Human Bone Items: We can no longer ship these items to the states of Georgia or Tennessee. There are no other state laws or US Federal Laws that cover these items, although there may be local ordinances which you should be aware of. International buyers should be aware of their own country's laws. I have enough trouble finding my car keys, let alone keeping myself abreast of these laws worldwide.
