Highly ornamented conch shell horn, completely covered in highly detailed repoussed silver, with some brass for contrast. Turquoise and stones set all over. It has some very nice carvings of Cheppu, Garuda, as well as the entire Chinese zodiac around it. Other animals repesented include: a tiger, a monkey, a hare, a buffalo, a deer, as well as floral elements as well.
A very fine piece fit for a Lama of the highest order. It is a long time since I have seen work of this caliber.
