Description
Human skull kapala with overlaid repousse metal work, inlaid with several turquoise cabochons.
The outside is decorated with Cheppu, brother to Garuda & Hitamanga on either side.
In the front and back are vajras. On the inside is Dorje with a large turquoise cabochon.
