Description
Lopburi is located in central Thailand. Archeology has uncovered evidence of settlements there from the bronze age. It is also an area known for its ancient handcrafts. This beautiful agate bead is typical of the region. The matrix is a dark translucent brown with bands of white. It is capped on either end and banded in the center with findings made from 24k gold. The ancient and modern craftsmanship of this piece are extraordinary.
